Holiday Pay
Accountants Inc. offers six paid holidays over the
course of the year. These include:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Holiday pay is available to employees who have
worked a minimum of 1,300 hours in the 12-month
period prior to a designated holiday. You also must
be on assignment with us the day before and
after the holiday. Your holiday pay will consist
of eight hours at your current pay rate, with a
maximum of $600 per holiday.
401(k) Plan
Build your future investments by participating in
the Accountants Inc. 401(k) plan. To participate in
the program, you must accumulate one year of
service and 1,000 hours within a 12-month period
and be working with Accountants Inc. at the time
of quarterly enrollment. Details of the plan are
provided to you when you qualify.
Direct Deposit
Accountants Inc. offers a time saving benefit for
all employees. You may have your payroll check
deposited directly into your bank account on payday.
To initiate your participation in the direct deposit
program, simply complete a direct deposit
authorization form and submit it to your local
Accountants Inc. branch. Initial start up takes
two pay cycles, but once you have enrolled your
account will stay active, even between assignments.
Referral Bonus
If you refer a new candidate to Accountants Inc.
who is placed on a direct hire or project basis, you
are eligible to receive a referral bonus of $200. To
qualify for the bonus, your referral must complete
100 days in a direct hire position or 160 hours
on project assignments within a 90-day period,
commencing with the date of the first assignment.
All referred candidates must work with or be
placed by Accountants Inc. within the first year.
