Accountants Inc. is comprised of seasoned professionals with backgrounds that include several years of business experience in recruiting, management, accounting, finance and other business disciplines. Some are CPAs and others are MBAs. All have the experience and expertise to understand client and candidate business needs and staffing requirements.

Management Opportunities
There are many management level career paths available to existing Accountants Inc. employees, as well as individuals from outside of the company. Duties range from responsibility for one of the three distinct service lines to total management of an Accountants Inc. branch to total responsibility for an area or region. Ideal candidates have prior experience with staff management, operations, sales, budget management, business development and industry awareness.

Recruiting Manager
Responsible for filling the needs of clients and candidates, the Recruiting Manager works with the team to recruit, qualify and interview candidates for direct hire positions at client companies. While an accounting and finance background is helpful, a sales driven attitude and team-oriented approach coupled with the desire to meet the needs of clients and candidates is essential.

Staffing Manager
Responsible for filling the needs of clients and candidates, the Staffing Manager works with the team to recruit, qualify and interview candidates for project based positions at client companies. While an accounting or finance background is helpful, a sales driven attitude and team-oriented approach coupled with the desire to meet the needs of clients and candidates is essential.

Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for business development with both existing and new client companies. This person spends the majority of his or her time in the field, working closely with existing and prospective clients and candidates, ensuring that all needs are met and strong relationships established. The ideal candidate is a high-energy team player with outside sales experience.

AI Executive functions as a stand-alone boutique executive search firm and the executive search division of Accountants Inc.  The Executive Recruiter is responsible for all phases of the executive search business model (business development, client service, research, search process, qualification of candidates, negotiation and closing).  The ideal candidate is a driven and analytical relationship builder with an advanced business acumen to relate to senior finance and accounting executives.
